Where’s my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing high order volumes, your order will be processed within 5-8 business days.
Can I combine multiple orders?
If you've placed multiple orders and would like us to combine them for you, please contact us.
We will refund the difference.
If you do not contact us we will process the orders as normal.
What is the return policy?
Since we are a small business, and due to our custom products being very limited.
We are not accepting returns.
On the off chance an item comes damaged or misprinted. We will gladly replace the item.
However if the item is no longer available we will send a refund of the items original cost.
We do not cover items that were bought second hand.
What if I’m missing an item?
We try our best to ensure you receive everything that you ordered.
On the off chance your order is missing an item, please contact us immediately.
Do you use genuine LEGO® parts?
We use new and genuine LEGO® parts for all of our products.
These LEGO® parts are re-used and re-purposed LEGO® elements that have been repackaged and or altered from their original form.
Some of our products will include or be custom injection molded parts. These are made of ABS plastic.
Do you take commissions?
Currently we are not accepting commissions of any kind.
